Early Help and Targeted Support Service |
|
Early help means providing support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child’s life, from the foundation years through to the teenage years. At its heart it is about providing support by practitioners who have an existing, trusted relationship with the child, young person or family in order to intervene early and prevent problems from escalating.
