Monitoring & Performance Sub Committee

Our aim is to ensure that the GSCB is provided with relevant and timely information or analysis about child protection activity with Gloucestershire.

Objectives

  • To monitor and provide an analysis of the relevant child protection interagency activity for GSCB.

  • To produce this analysis in the form of bi-monthly monitoring reports

  • To ensure that monitoring arrangements are set up in each agency so their own performance can be analysed.

  • To highlight successes and to raise areas of concern emerging from the bi-monthly reports.

  • To be responsible for Performance Management of child protection work through statistical monitoring, target settings and auditing quality performance.
