Rapid Reviews and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews

Under Working Together 2018 the local Safeguarding Partners must have a process in place to review and respond to Serious Incident Notifications and cases of concern that are referred to the partners for consideration of a Rapid Review and Child Safeguarding Practice Review (CSPR)

Child Safeguarding Practice Review (CSPR) activity within the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Executive (GSCE) is generally divided into five aspects:

1) Notification

2) Rapid Review

3) Child Safeguarding Practice Review

4) Report Sign Off

5) Publication
